Bishop Wynell Freeman, Apostle
Declaring a bold, tailor-made word for the times, Bishop Wynell Freeman is a dynamic, sought-after voice. Powerfully anointed and assured of her purpose, she is most passionate about her assignment to preach the liberating Gospel of Jesus Christ.
A native of Newark, New Jersey, she is the eldest of three children born to the union of Reverend and Mrs. Walter E. Johnson, Sr.
Bishop Freeman is the Founder and Senior Leader of Fresh Word Kingdom Assemblies, a vibrant, multi-cultural house of worship in Voorhees, New Jersey; the Chief Executive Officer of Free Man Ministries and the Chief Prelate of Alignment with Purpose Fellowship (an amalgamation of churches, businesses, and para-church entities), all of which she has founded during her extensive ministerial tenure. In addition, she has traveled extensively, preaching the gospel on varied platforms. She is also an author in her own right and the CEO of several businesses.
In May 2007, she was publicly affirmed in her Ephesians 4 set gift assignment as an Apostle in the Lord’s Church. This, she says, is not an elevation but rather an identification for effective service. In July 2018, she was duly consecrated as a Bishop Ordinary for the fulfillment of her governmental function in the Body of Christ.
In compliance with Kingdom order and with full understanding of the necessity of spiritual covering, Bishop Freeman is aligned with Kingdom Fellowship Covenant Ministries, Archbishop Ralph L. Dennis, Prelate.
A strong advocate for women and understanding God’s original intent for their existence, Bishop Freeman is the originator and host of “Breasted Champions,” an hour-long Saturday morning Facebook Live broadcast geared toward women’s empowerment.
Fully persuaded that proper kingdom order places family first, she boldly declares that her number one ministry priority is to the love of her life, her husband, Anthony Freeman. They are the proud parents of one Daughter. To further bolster her stance that family responsibility is the highest calling, until the recent passing of her mother, she humbly served as the primary caretaker of both her parents. To date, she yet cares for her aging father.
